MARTIAL MARQUET

ENSA Versailles (France)
Martial Marquet is a French licensed architect and designer, and the founder of Martial Marquet Studio. His practice works across architecture, landscape, public space, and urban design, with a particular emphasis on collaborative and experimental ways of producing space. He is especially interested in the performative dimension of architecture and in the way spatial projects can generate exchange, participation, and collective involvement. Alongside his professional work, he teaches at ENSA Versailles and ESA Paris, and is currently pursuing a practice-based PhD. Through workshops, installations, and teaching activities, he develops protocols that engage participants directly in processes of making, testing, and transforming space. His project Inflatable Dynamics proposes a collaborative framework in which temporary inflatable structures become instruments for design-build experimentation and collective spatial awareness.
